Impact
CIBC is making a meaningful impact at Confederation College through a $100,000 investment in the Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE) program. This support provides both direct financial assistance and enhanced experiential learning opportunities for students with developmental disabilities and significant learning challenges.
Over three years, CIBC’s contribution is funding student bursaries and an experiential learning fund that helps remove barriers related to equipment, resources, travel, and co-op placement costs. In addition to financial support, CIBC is strengthening student success through financial literacy sessions delivered by CIBC representatives, helping students and their families build skills for greater independence, confidence, and employment readiness.
