EllisDon is committed to strengthening communities through education, volunteering, and charitable investment. At Confederation College, the EllisDon Award supports students enrolled in engineering and construction-related programs, providing five bursaries of $2,000 each.

Beyond financial support, EllisDon demonstrates its commitment to people and communities through extensive volunteer efforts, partnerships, and social enterprise initiatives. The company has donated $1.3 million, contributed 1,240 volunteer hours, trained 218 apprentices, and invested $4.7 million in social enterprise, creating lasting impact both locally and globally.
