Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA) Award

Awarded to a student currently enrolled in Civil Engineering Technician (0319) or Civil Engineering Technology Programs (0321). The student must have completed the first year of their studies, and;
• Demonstrates academic excellence with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Exhibit a passion for future academic/professional goals in municipal building or planning, or
building inspector/official.
• Faculty to recommend recipient based on criteria.
The OBOA may offer the successful recipient the opportunity to attend a local association event or one of their leadership days or annual meeting and training sessions.
