Toromont Cat Leadership Award

Toromont Cat believes that leaders come in many forms and are a key to our core principle of Empowerment at all levels. The Toromont Cat Leadership Award is given to a Motive Power Techniques-Heavy Equipment student who best demonstrates leadership behaviours throughout the school year. Leadership behaviors include: Strong Communication, Collaborates with team, Problem Solving ability, Social Responsibility, Uncompromising Integrity and is respectful to others. Faculty to decide the successful recipient.
